I was told that this sake is made in the same way as the Risshun Asashimori, and that the best time to get it is when it is served, so I immediately bought it, thinking that it was even better than the Risshun Asashimori (lol).
It is certainly delicious (^-^)
I like the degree of acidity and the fruity taste very much.
