This is from the Inagawa Sake Brewery in Nanaeiro. Sake rice produced in Inawashiro It is Jungin Nama brewed with Yume-no-Kou and Koji rice produced in Inawashiro town. The aroma is great. After that, the flavor of Yume-no-Kouji and koji comes through! We are having it with fried fish cake. It is delicious!
