Daishinshu Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling Foamy Nigori Nama I opened it very carefully, but it opened rather easily! What the heck! I was told that the precipitated residue from the foaming would mix on its own, but it didn't. It came with a stopper for storage, so I mixed it up after opening the bottle. LOL! I drank it in two kinds of cups. I prefer the one with the mouth of the cup open. It has a sour taste, and after that, it smells like sake! A little bit of sake smell comes. Within five minutes, the taste changed to a more sour taste. Sparkling effect? The acidity is citrusy...or is it? In a wine glass shape with a swooping mouth. When you put your mouth against the glass, you feel a mild aroma and In the mouth, you feel the acidity. Then, you can feel the sake sense, but the taste is mellow. Drinking from this cup is somewhat more sake-like and habitual. For a moment, I thought, "That's too much! (It's only mellow in comparison to the real sake smell.) It was a habit. The liquor store's description says I'm impressed...yum...yum...yum... But I think they were exaggerating a bit. LOL! The non-sparkling Daishinshu looks interesting, so I'd like to try it sometime soon.

La maison I found by chance. It was my first time to buy a limited edition sake. I didn't know whether it was Junmai-shu or Ginjo-shu, so I bought it. Ginjo sake? Is it? What? I had a bowl of rice with sakura ebi (shrimp) and shirasu ebi (prawn). It didn't come with a bowl! It goes well with kama-meshi! The sake is delicious. The aroma is fruity and sweet, and it has a tingling sensation like a slight carbonation. It was about 1600 yen.

It's been a long time since I drank Kubota, so I don't know how it compares to Senju and Manju... I wanted to try the Kubota Junmai Daiginjo sometime. The label is very cool. The aroma is really good. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is just as it should be. The bitterness or pungency comes later. I think Kubota is all about the goodness of this aroma.

Took me about 30 minutes to open the bottle! Aroma is fruity. When I drank it, it made me giggle! When I drank it, it became a bit bitter. Is it the bitterness or the fizziness? Even though it's nigori, it's surprisingly light! It's the kind of sake that makes food taste good, and makes the sake taste better and better. The longer you drink it, the sweeter it gets.

Rice polishing ratio 90%! Gunma Tsuchida Shuzo When you drink it, you almost feel like it's a traditional sake, but then it becomes very fruity! It's so fruity! It's really 90%! Is this 2000 yen? Sukubin Rumiko's Sake. It's Sukin! It's mellow, it's thick, it's delicious! With salmon roe and avocado rice bowl. A sake that goes well with miso soup. I bought it at Iga Ueno. I think I was told that Rumiko's sake with No.6 yeast is not so easy to find, and there are only a few stores that carry it... It was about 1,500 yen. 2021.2.7 The second day. It seems to be sharper than yesterday. Rather than being mellow, it has a clear aftertaste.... A woman's mind changes rapidly, doesn't it? lol

I bought it at Iga Ueno. Opened the bottle yesterday. The sake smell and the habitual feeling are gone, and it became fruity, mellow and easy to drink. It goes well with heavy food. The rice polishing ratio is 53%. Less than 2000 yen. I don't have the receipt so I don't know. lol
