HINEMOS, a wish I've had for sometime!!!! Refreshing lemon. Lightly effervescent. A perfect sake for when your eyes cool down, at 4:00 in the morning, or at the end of a long day. Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 9 It's like a juice because of the low alcohol content. It was a sake that did not seem like sake. I tasted several Hinemos, but I thought it was a new type of sake with a strong personality, a sake for different tastes.

selection Very good! Very good. I heard that this sake is sold in limited quantities only in Akita, but I found it at the airport and got it as a souvenir.

When I opened the bottle, it popped! That's what it said! When you drink it right away... tingly foam! The taste gradually changes in seconds... Right after opening the bottle, it's smooth, tangy, and watery! Gradually, the aftertaste becomes liquor-like! And more and more, it becomes mellow! I don't feel the sweetness of the rice very much, it's more of a crispy taste. I think it tastes better when it's not so soggy... Well. Let's grow it. 11/7 Postscript The tingling is completely gone, the sweetness is gone, and it's the best thing I've ever had while growing! It grew!

Meiko's birthday present was Koshinohomare, sent from Niigata by her brother's wife's parents. My brother and his wife and our parents didn't like it because it smelled like sake, so we passed it on to them. LOL! I think it had been about 3 weeks since I opened the bottle, It was sweet and full-bodied! When I tasted it about 2 weeks ago, I thought it had a strong sake taste. Was I right? It had a similar feeling to Kuheiji, and I wondered if this is how daiginjos are supposed to be. At any rate, it is a celebratory sake, and I can't stop drinking it with pickles.

I found this at a convenience store, One cup... or so I thought... Horaisen! The rice polishing ratio is 60%. Sake! But it's good to drink as a snack. Thank you, Aichi Prefecture. I think it's a good idea to sell local sake in one cup at convenience stores in each prefecture!

At Sushi bar NAGOYA. I was attracted by the word "BIO". I was told that it had been a while since the bottle was opened, but it still had the tangy yeast flavor, and it was fruity, mild, sweet, and delicious! Rice polishing ratio 60%. I prefer sake that hasn't been cut down too much lately. The description on the menu says It's like a Chablis... It says. I kind of get it. In other words, perfect for summer! I'm sure it's going to be very tingly right after opening the bottle. This was delicious!

One of the three bottles in the set. Rice polishing ratio 40%. I can't drink it without a snack. After drinking Ottersai, it feels very strong. It has a mellow taste of rice and something that hits you hard. The Junmai Daiginjo became sweeter when it was nurtured, and I think this sake will become sweeter and richer when it is nurtured....

One of the three bottles in the set Junmai Daiginjo 45. I used to think that the lower the rice polishing ratio, the tastier the sake, but recently I've come to realize that sake with a higher rice polishing ratio has a lot of interesting expressions. I've come to realize that When I drank this, I realized that it was indeed Ottersai. Even at 45%, the taste is sweet and clear. It's delicious.

Rice polishing ratio 45%. I found a liquor store near here recently, and I bought it in a group. I couldn't help but buy this sake because it was written like "1 bottle". There was a label warning against opening the bottle, but I didn't expect it to be so gassy that it would pop open when I put my hand on the stopper. I didn't think there would be so much gas that it would pop open when I put my hand on the stopper! At the first sip, I was like, "Umami! The first sip made me go "ooh! The aroma before drinking was fruity. You can feel the tingling gas on the tip of your tongue. It is mellow and sweet. It has an image of melon or white peach. It's heavy rather than light. It's a bit thick. It's tingling, so it's well balanced! I want to drink this up today... lol I thought I liked drinks that I could drink like water, but I thought I liked sake that could be drunk like water, but after drinking this... well... I guess I like sweet sake. Me. I realized that. I can understand why they limit the number of purchases.

The sky I've always wanted! The first bottle of the drinking set! I was expecting too much and felt betrayed... then... big turnaround! I was expecting it to be sweet, fruity, and clear. I was expecting it to be sweet, fruity, and clear, but I was surprised to find that it was spicy and smelled a bit like alcohol right after opening the bottle. Huh? Hmm? I was so surprised. But it started to become sweet after about the second cup... Well, well, well...? The taste changes from one sip to the next... Is it a nurturing type? But the amount is so small that it makes me cry. Can't wait to try the other two!

I went to Sekiya Shuzo and bought this sake. It is said to be a sake for overseas. I was able to get it because of the influence of Corona! Like that. It's not sweet, not spicy, refreshing, and a little bit bitter. As you eat and drink it, it gradually becomes a little sweet. It's easy to drink! It doesn't feel heavy on your stomach. You can drink it like water, I guess you could say. The image of the rice polishing ratio of 65% is... you'd think it would be a little more polished! I would like to say that it is polished a little more! It goes well with cheese and pickles. It's the type of sake that makes the most of food without choosing too many meals. I wonder if people overseas like this kind of sake! I wish I had bought the Junmai Daiginjo with the gold label!

Finally got my hands on one, Shin Tschida! But it's 300ml. About 800 yen. I will drink it carefully and carefully... I want to enjoy the taste of growing up. so I will keep it in a small cup.... I feel the sourness with the tip of my tongue. I feel the sourness on the tip of my tongue, and the sweetness of the rice on the belly of my tongue. The air that escapes from the flower is also delicious. The indescribable aftertaste comes afterwards, and It's gone in a flash. I think it's like that. The rice polishing ratio is 90%. It's a far cry from the crystal-clear taste, but It's interesting how the flavor gradually changes like perfume. I wish I had a 4-gallon bottle!

No explanation is needed for Ottersai. Polished sake is beautiful. It shines like a jewel.... The crystal clear taste.... I realized after drinking it. I realized after drinking it that I had come to like unique sake.... Ku-ha! 2021.5.16 The otter that grew up... the spikes are gone and it's mellow. Then it's as sweet as sugar water! I wonder if this is the sweetness of rice... I was too amazed at how sweet it was!
