At Sushi bar NAGOYA.
I was attracted by the word "BIO".
I was told that it had been a while since the bottle was opened, but it still had the tangy yeast flavor, and it was fruity, mild, sweet, and delicious!
Rice polishing ratio 60%.
I prefer sake that hasn't been cut down too much lately.
The description on the menu says
It's like a Chablis...
It says.
I kind of get it.
In other words, perfect for summer!
I'm sure it's going to be very tingly right after opening the bottle.
