Asahi Shuzo, the maker of Kubota.
I bought it for the introduction to lukewarm heating. I bought it.
It's easy to drink, but it doesn't leave much of an impression...
I bought it at "Ponshukan" in Niigata station last year.
I want to go to the good sushi restaurant of this day again.
The barcode is really cute...lol.
When I asked my friend which dry sake he recommended, he said "Hidakami".
There are several kinds, but I bought this one anyway.
I'm sure you'll agree that it's a good match for fish...especially sashimi and sushi👍.
It's been a long time since I drank it, but it's the second Risshun.
I've been wanting to drink "Harushika" for a long time, and I didn't know I could have it at this time.
The flavor in the freshness!
I've become a fan of Harushika.
I made a reservation and was looking forward to "Risshun Asashibiri".
When I got a call from the sake shop, I immediately went!
I'm so happy to have the sake lees as a free gift.
I'm taking it as soon as possible👍.
It has a fresh sweet taste and a crisp throat.
Delicious✨.
Thanks to all involved in this one!
And here's to hoping for a year of good fortune from today ❗️.
Today, I opened another one that I chose for daily use.
As the label says, the moderate acidity works well and makes it a refreshing drink.
I paired it with simmered chicken wings and daikon, but it also works well with oily dishes👍.
YUTAKA TAKANO SELECTION
It buys it in the nearby Aeon.
Is it a diffusion version of Kubota?
I want to keep it for daily use because it's dry and refreshing without choosing dishes.
I've been slacking on my posts, so I've got to get a few together.
This "Rikishi" is a gift from a friend in Saitama.
It had been on display for a while, and I opened it just a few days ago.
I think the sourness was a little overwhelming...?
Today is the first day of the tournament.
I remembered a long time ago, there was a commercial saying "Rikishi".
