At the store.
First time at the restaurant I've been to and missed the timing of the picture.
It was easy to drink! I went to four cups that day, too 🍶.
To be continued.
This was the sake closing drink of the day 🍶.
We ended with oysters and sake. 🦪.
I wonder if something a little more crisp would go better with oysters or something - I don't know.
It's delicious. It was a month ago, so I regret it.
I regret that it was already a month ago, so I vaguely remember it.
It was my favorite sake with less tanginess.
And I regret that I don't remember much because it was the third saké I had had. LOL.
I was so happy to order so many sakes that I had never tried before 🍶.
Nigori Sake Raw!
Friends Select. It was nice to meet you, Nigorijikon.
It was less peculiar. I was very happy to see you 😌.
Iburi goko cream cheese
lickety-split 🍶lickety-split
I was happy while eating a little 🍶!
(2nd station of the day)
Sake made in rice-producing areas must be delicious, right?
I chose this sake with an easy idea.
It was a good choice. I think it was very easy to drink.
It is not too tangy and a little sweet? I guess.
My favorite. I drank only my favorite sake that day.
This was my first glass of sake.
Nigori sake, a genre I don't drink much!
I had an image of nigori sake as being easy to drink (influenced by Sanuki Kuraudeji?), but that was not the case! But it was not so!
I think this one has a strong sake taste.
The texture is smooth on the tongue, but the sake flavor spreads out in the middle.
I personally felt it was sake.
Was this alcohol released last year? (I am too ignorant)
So I had it.
It is a sake that leaves a bit of a sweet taste.
I guess it was so-so...
(It's too hard to write my impression of sake.)
He said it was the last bottle at the liquor store.
I drank it after Haretoke, so I guess it has less sweetness.
I drink sake at New Year's after dinner, so I felt it was a little lacking, but maybe it would go well with a light meal!
I think it is difficult to compare sake because it may or may not go well depending on the timing of the drink and the meal.
I was really impressed when I drank this!
It has a refreshing aftertaste but also has a nice fruity sweetness!
Drink it and feel the fruity aftertaste!
It is an image that disappears without leaving any residue on the palate.
It was delicious with a fruity aftertaste!
The sake was not as strong as I would have liked, but I liked the taste.
As usual, I tend to choose sake with a fresh taste. (Please see about 2 posts ago).
I wondered how it would be since I had a bottle of Taiyo Shuzo's sweet Sky Blue the other day, but they had it ready for me, so I took it 🤤.
It is a draft sake, so it is relatively easy to drink, but I think it had a light aftertaste, just like sake!
I like fruity sake, so I'm not sure if it would be to my liking, but I could drink it 🍶.
Thank you for your hospitality: ☺️
During my stay in Niigata.
I like to eat locally made food. So, I decided to go for locally brewed sake. And I tend to choose fresh sake only for this occasion 🍶.
I bought this one made with rice from Tsubame City. (I also bought another sake made from rice called Gohyakumangoku.)
We compared the sake.
It was refreshing, with a fruity finish in the second half. Niigata has a lot of dry sake, which is not my cup of tea, but this one was easy to drink.
We are going to have a sake party during the New Year's holidays. I am excited!
This sake was received after 8 years of Hakkaisan snow chamber storage.
I was drinking it in small doses! Sweat.
I like fruity ones.
Thanks for the treat 🌾.
Compared it with the 3 year old wine that I just posted.
It is totally different when compared! It is mellow and tastes great with a refreshing aftertaste.
I am happy to be able to drink good sake 🍶🌾.
Bought this to compare with the 8 year old.
The three year old is also tasty, albeit a bit tangy at the end.
I'm an amateur, so I can't comment on the taste.
Sake received at the 9/.
At the restaurant. As usual, I requested it with a fruity request and chose from several items introduced to me.
The person I went with asked for a dry sake and there was quite a difference.
I forgot how it was different😅.
Thanks for the food 🌾.
