During my stay in Niigata. I like to eat locally made food. So, I decided to go for locally brewed sake. And I tend to choose fresh sake only for this occasion 🍶. I bought this one made with rice from Tsubame City. (I also bought another sake made from rice called Gohyakumangoku.) We compared the sake. It was refreshing, with a fruity finish in the second half. Niigata has a lot of dry sake, which is not my cup of tea, but this one was easy to drink. We are going to have a sake party during the New Year's holidays. I am excited!
