It has a sweet and sour taste similar to the peach-colored Nigori I drank before. And this one has a refreshing taste. It may be an unusual kind of sake, but it is not too alcoholic, so I think this is a sake that women and people who are not good at sake can enjoy.

A bottle recommended by the owner of the liquor store. He said, "It's a little dry, but it disappears down the throat. As he said, it has excellent crispness. I thought I liked sweet drinks, but this one made me realize that I like this kind of drink too. Sorry the label is torn...

辛口ですが、旨味があり、軽い飲み口です。 単体よりも食事と合わせるとどんどん杯が進むお酒だと思います。 個人的には昨年のものの方がやや甘く、好みでしたが、料理と合わせるなら今年のはとても飲みやすいと思います。

香りは華やか！ 冷えている時はキレ味がよく、やや常温に近くなってくると香り、甘みが増します。 吟風という酒米で初の試みらしいです。 花陽浴は何本か飲みましたが、その中では1番キレがいいと思います。 やはり花陽浴の香りはいいですね。個人的ですが、花の蜜ってこういう感じなのかなと感じます。
