First sparkling. It overflowed when I opened the bottle! I just shook it a little bit. It's a very energetic parm. I think I can feel the bitterness more. But it's also very sweet and very good! I want to repeat this one!
The aroma and taste are absolutely gorgeous. The fresh fruitiness is unbelievable. It's not a sake to be enjoyed with food, but to be enjoyed with this and a snack. It is more gorgeous than Junmai-shu.
This was my second Miyaizumi unfiltered raw, and although I didn't feel the same impact as the first time, it was good. It's not as gorgeous as Sharaku, but it has relatively good acidity, so it's easy to pair with food.
It tastes like this when it is fermented for a long time in very hard water. Alcoholic and sour taste is strong. It is tingling, but it has sweetness. It is a kind of sake that I have never had before. It leaves an impression.
