I found this when I dropped by a nearby liquor shop. It has an aroma and taste like an aged fruit. The rest of the taste is also refreshing. It's probably better the second day after opening the bottle.
A resurrected sake brewery, Aizu Otokoyama. The president who changed his life 180 degrees. He must have had a lot of hardships in his first year. The toji is a former Tobiroki, and as expected 👏 the origarashi has just the right balance. However, I think I like Yume no Ka more.
The liquor bottles that line the blurry left side of the picture? under the TV is a good impression for me as a sake lover😁.
Yamamoto is one I'd like to drink!
It's a good reference.
The label is pink and cute. When you drink it, it's strawberry-y! Cape-type? I heard Akatake is good at vinegar iso, but is this one in there? Anyway, it's fruity.
This is the fourth installment of the Izumiya Mosaic Project. Compared to the Iwata brothers, this one is less sweet, but has a strong, dark taste. A word of goodness.
The much-talked-about honored chrysanthemum, bought at Izumiya! I was wondering what it was like, but were my expectations too high? It has a gassy feel to it, but I find it hard to match with food.
This is the third part of the Izumiya Mosaic Project. It has a very complex taste! There's a little bitterness at the end, but it's so good! I see, it's like freshly made bread! Maybe the best of the season!
