It tastes like junmai sake. It tastes very much like rice. The alcohol comes in a bit strong at first, but it does not have a fishy smell. Congratulations on the opening of the direct sales and tasting store!　I am fascinated by the three types of sake to compare. I will definitely go there to drink!

trifoliate orange (Poncirus trifoliata) Good aroma like green apple. Dry and refreshing. Tongue tingling after a while. When paired with a meal, it refreshes the palate and is pleasant. Good. Limited edition for Kiso-Village. Made with local ingredients. Purchased at Sake Brewery YUKAWA, a sake brewery and bar (and home) that opened last week. I had a chance to talk with the president. He said that he had not originally planned to open a store, but after some circumstances, he decided to do so. Yabuhara was originally a post town along the Nakasendo Highway and has a nice atmosphere. The streets are narrow, so it is fun to stroll around on foot. Before, you could shop only on weekdays at the office past the warehouse. Now they are open on Saturdays, which makes me happy. But it was also fun to shop while having a casual conversation next to the labels being pasted on.

You can feel a little bit of petiteness. It is dark and tasty. I feel a bit of sourness and bitterness afterwards. It was about 1,200 yen including tax, Terribly cosy. I want to shout "thank you" for making a really delicious sake.

sweet and bitter alcoholic beverage The aroma is centered around the high quality alcohol that spreads in a fluffy manner, with sweet and lactic acidity. From the moment you take it in your mouth, the sweet and bitterness comes through just like the aroma. And the alcohol goes through the nose comfortably. This is delicious! This sake seems to be a local brand from the brewery of "Jurokuyo Kuroemon" that I drank the other day. The rice is also harvested in Kiso Village, Kiso County, Nagano Prefecture where the brewery is located. It is full of local love. If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be the dimension of Castle of Cagliostro. A sweet, bitter, dandy old man. Enjoying life. It's a bit like "The Emperor of the Night Forever," which I compared to a dimension before. Satisfaction: ★★★★☆ . I have a blog.
