trifoliate orange (Poncirus trifoliata)
Good aroma like green apple. Dry and refreshing. Tongue tingling after a while. When paired with a meal, it refreshes the palate and is pleasant. Good.
Limited edition for Kiso-Village. Made with local ingredients. Purchased at Sake Brewery YUKAWA, a sake brewery and bar (and home) that opened last week.
I had a chance to talk with the president. He said that he had not originally planned to open a store, but after some circumstances, he decided to do so.
Yabuhara was originally a post town along the Nakasendo Highway and has a nice atmosphere. The streets are narrow, so it is fun to stroll around on foot.
Before, you could shop only on weekdays at the office past the warehouse. Now they are open on Saturdays, which makes me happy.
But it was also fun to shop while having a casual conversation next to the labels being pasted on.
