Himeki
Aroma is almost non-existent.
There is no color, and the wine is clear and colorless.
The mouthfeel is sharp and then quickly fades away.
Compared to other brands, it leaves an aftertaste of umami. I like it because it has a sweet taste.
After debating between this brand and Nanasho, we had sashimi, tempura, and Shinshu beef for the rest of the meal, so we had to have another glass of this more assertive brand. I felt like I was drinking sake! I was getting very drunk.
