Ummmmm ✨ I had it with grilled sweetfish. Personally, I think dry sake goes well with light fish. The proprietress recommended the junmai ginjo, which I had with pork shabu-shabu. Umahumahumahumahumah ✨ It was so refreshingly dry. It was easy to drink, so I drank more sake than yesterday. It went well with fish, tofu, and wild vegetable tempura. It has no alcoholic taste and is easy to drink. It was a great combination of good sake and good food!
