2021.7 Manufactured It was kept in the cellar for a year. It is better when it is cooled down to enjoy the changes in the mouth. It has a fruity yet rounded taste, perhaps due to the fact that it has been aged. It was more like an apple than a pineapple.

2022.5 Production @2,145 2021BY A sip before mixing the cage. The refreshing mouthfeel has a juicy melon-like flavor. As the temperature rises, the crispness becomes stronger, and you can enjoy the expression depending on the temperature. When mixed with ori, it becomes even more refreshing and has a slightly classic feel. It is a truly enjoyable sake in a bottle. I really want to enjoy it as it ages, but I think I will drink it before that. LOL!
