The bottle was opened on January 27. We drank the Effervescent. Thanks to the use of a Coravin sparkling wine saver, we had it without losing the fizzy sensation. The old wine-like sweetness, citrus, and stimulation from the fizz were delicious and wonderful. Although it was 2 months old, it tasted as good as when it was opened.
