When I opened the bottle, the bubbles were a little weak for a tenkero. It may be due to the fact that it has been aged for a while. When you put it in your mouth, your mouth is filled with the stimulation of fizziness, and when you swallow it, you get the delicious taste of lactic acidity, ending with the usual unique taste. The low alcohol content makes it a dangerous sake that can be gobbled up.
We had it in a tin cup on the fourth day after opening the bottle. It has a sweet lactic acid aroma. Up until yesterday, you could barely feel the fizziness in the mouth, but now there is no fizziness at all. Since the fizziness is gone, the sweetness is stronger. This is delicious, but I miss the vigorous amaerophagus.
