It took about 15 minutes to open the bottle because it would blow out. However, when poured into a glass, it did not blow out. In the mouth, you feel a pleasant fizzy sensation. Compared to Tenkaeru, I felt less fizzy and more dry when I swallowed it. I usually drink only about 100ml, but I was able to drink about 2 gou of it in one gulp.
On the 6th day after opening the bottle, there was a sweet aroma like lactic acid. The fizzy feeling was gone. It has a lactic acid taste, but it is surprisingly dry and not too sweet even without the fizziness, so it is easier to drink than Tenkaeru, which has lost its fizziness.
