Refreshing sweet and sour aroma, weak flavor. When you put it in your mouth, it has a pleasant fizzy feeling. It is sweet and sour. A slight lactic acidity was also felt. The sourness was a little stronger when it was sipped.
The first batch was very fizzy and tasty on the second day, but this time it was great freshly opened. I am not a fan of heavy sake, but it was easy to drink and delicious.
The second day after opening the bottle, this lot lost its fizziness. Too bad. It is still delicious, but freshly opened is the best.
