Rice cranes are served with fish, avocado with tuna and grilled soaked salmon with grated radish. The mussels were crunchy and tasted of the sea. The amaebi (sweet shrimp) is sweet and flaky from the meat to the tail. This goes well with the dry sake I inadvertently chose on my first visit.
