This is the second of three bottles purchased at Tsubozaka Shuzo. This sake is made with flower yeast.
Very easy to drink and easy to pair with both strong and western style meals. Tastes even better than I imagined💕.
Stayed at Yumenoian Yuyake Koyake. On the way home, I stopped by the sake brewery to buy a bottle of Daiginjo, the first of three I bought. This is my favorite 😄 Very rich and tasty.
I bought it at the direct sales store of Tanaka Sake Brewery at Ohara-juku on the Inaba-kaido Road.
Walking along the old streets, I found the direct sales store at the end of a leisurely alley. The sake has a light, refreshing taste. Delicious.
Purchased at Kanazawa station when I went to a Hokuriku Shinkansen test ride.
It is sweet and tastes like a daiginjo. It has no peculiar taste and would go well with a meal with a strong flavor.
Trip to Kochi vol. 9
The third drink of a three-drink comparison at dinner on the second day: the most fruity of the three. It is easy to drink and delicious.
Kochi Trip vol.6
The third sake of the three-drink comparison on the second day.
The taste is the closest to the image of Kochi sake. It is gentle but a little sharp. Delicious.
Trip to Kochi vol.5
The second drink of the three-drink comparison on the second day.
A staff member of the Shimanto City Folk Museum told me that the Bushkan Sour was delicious, so I drank it at dinner. It tasted like something between a yuzu and a lime. It was delicious, but I wondered what bushkan was. I looked it up on my phone and found that it looked like a ghost of a banana.
When I asked at the bar after dinner, I was convinced that it was the flower and the drink was the green fruit (lol).
Trip to Kochi vol.1
It tastes like the image of Niyodo Blue itself that we have seen. It is a clear, refreshing, very easy-to-drink and delicious sake.
This is the second of two bottles purchased at Sakai Sake Shop, a few minutes from JR Tsuyama Station in Okayama Prefecture.
A slightly dry sake with a delicious flavor typical of sake.
Of the three sakes we drank on this trip to Okayama, this was my favorite💕.
