The taste is very mild, yet gorgeous. Very tasty and goes well with any dish. This was the only sake I purchased this time, but I was allowed to sample other sakes and enjoy a variety of tastes. There was also a dry one, so I will buy a different one next time.

It is sweet and soft to drink, and can be paired with any meal.
The yuzu sake, which I did not purchase, was very tasty.

The rice seems to be mellowed because it is milled along the shape of the rice instead of milling it round.
The mouthfeel is sweet like a daiginjo, but the taste is smooth and sharp.
It is my husband's favorite.

The first one is Kaedeha by Tanaka Shuzo. It has a strong flavor and leaves a delicious aftertaste. It goes well with strongly seasoned meals. My favorite.
This is the second bottle of my favorite purchase from Fushimi Sake Fes.
It is a mildly sweet, light, and soft sake.
It was a little chilly, but the food exhibits were enjoyable and tasty. There were quite a lot of visitors, but it was nice that they had a time ticket system and limited the number of people so it wouldn't get too crowded.

I bought two bottles of sake that I particularly liked from what I drank there.
The first bottle was Kyo Hime Daiginjo Takumi. It is a very tasty and favorite sake, hard but full of flavor.
At the Yunohana Onsen inn in Kameoka, Kyoto, I drank it for dinner and enjoyed it so much I bought it at a sake brewery on my way home.
After returning home, at dinner, I said to myself, "This! This flavor! I enjoyed it so much. It has a strong flavor, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I could drink more and more.
The sake lees we bought at the last brewery opening in Fushimi was so delicious that we bought some Ginjo sake lees from Oishi Sake Brewery this time as well.

I went to the Fushimi Meishu Cooperative's sake brewery opening and bought this sake because it was delicious. It has a very deep taste, and the flavor, aroma, and taste come through straight away. It is truly a new sake! It is just like new sake.

Shiga Nagahama series, second bottle. I bought it for New Year's with a zodiac sign label. It is sweet and delicious.
They were selling sakekasu at the store, and I learned how to use it in various dishes, since it said, "Try it in gratin and other dishes".
I didn't buy sakekasu this time (sorry), but I thought I would try it next time.
