It tastes light and super sweet, and you could drink it as much as you want.
A sake with a difference in taste change between drinking it before a meal and drinking it during a meal.

We went to Matsui Sake Brewery, located a little further down from Demachiyanagi in Kyoto.
We were charged and had a variety of sake and snacks.
This is the first of two bottles I purchased among the many drinks I tried. This summer-only Hae-chan tastes refreshingly summery and clean. It is a daiginjo, but it has a lot of character and is delicious.

This is the second bottle I bought when I went to lunch at Mifuyu Sake Brewery. I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, even though I was allowed to taste many different kinds of sake at the store.
I always have a weakness for limited edition sake.
It has a hard taste, but the mouthfeel is gentle. It is delicious. I am glad I bought it.

We went to the Bifuku Sake Brewery to have lunch at the brewery.
Dishes made with sakekasu. I had the hamburger steak lunch. It was very delicious. There were 3 kinds of sake to compare.
I bought a bottle of Classic Mifuku, which was very tasty.
It tasted mellow, light and elegant.

On a trip to Hokkaido, I had it bottled on the spot at the Chitose Tsuru Sake Museum and shipped home via cool delivery.
The taste is very mild, yet gorgeous. Very tasty and goes well with any dish. This was the only sake I purchased this time, but I was allowed to sample other sakes and enjoy a variety of tastes. There was also a dry one, so I will buy a different one next time.

My daughter bought it for me as a souvenir on a trip.
Fruity, sweet, easy to drink and delicious.
What's the back? I looked it up and found out that there are many more in the Urasa series, and I am looking forward to enjoying them in the future.

We went to the Kitajima Sake Brewery, located two stations away at Kosai Station, to purchase this bottle.
It is sweet and soft to drink, and can be paired with any meal.
The yuzu sake, which I did not purchase, was very tasty.

Shiga This is the second bottle from the sake brewery tour.
The rice seems to be mellowed because it is milled along the shape of the rice instead of milling it round.
The mouthfeel is sweet like a daiginjo, but the taste is smooth and sharp.
It is my husband's favorite.

Spring Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour in Shiga, Japan
It was cold.
I drank various kinds of sake and bought three of my favorites.
The first one is Kaedeha by Tanaka Shuzo. It has a strong flavor and leaves a delicious aftertaste. It goes well with strongly seasoned meals. My favorite.

This is the second bottle of my favorite purchase from Fushimi Sake Fes.
It is a mildly sweet, light, and soft sake.
It was a little chilly, but the food exhibits were enjoyable and tasty. There were quite a lot of visitors, but it was nice that they had a time ticket system and limited the number of people so it wouldn't get too crowded.

I went to the Fushimi Sake Festival.
I bought two bottles of sake that I particularly liked from what I drank there.
The first bottle was Kyo Hime Daiginjo Takumi. It is a very tasty and favorite sake, hard but full of flavor.

At the Yunohana Onsen inn in Kameoka, Kyoto, I drank it for dinner and enjoyed it so much I bought it at a sake brewery on my way home.
After returning home, at dinner, I said to myself, "This! This flavor! I enjoyed it so much. It has a strong flavor, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I could drink more and more.
The sake lees we bought at the last brewery opening in Fushimi was so delicious that we bought some Ginjo sake lees from Oishi Sake Brewery this time as well.
Miso soup with sakekasu is our family's latest boom.

I went to the Fushimi Meishu Cooperative's sake brewery opening and bought this sake because it was delicious. It has a very deep taste, and the flavor, aroma, and taste come through straight away. It is truly a new sake! It is just like new sake.
At the opening of three breweries,
Yamamoto Honke Shinsei, Toyosawa Honten Toyoshuku, and Heiwa Shuzo Keicho.
I enjoyed the sake from the three breweries.
The sake lees soup was even better than I had imagined, so I bought some sake lees on the way home.
I wonder if I can make such a delicious soup, I will try my best.
I bought some kyo surume and shibazuke from Ohara for snacks at home.
It was a fun and tasty day.

Shiga Nagahama series, second bottle. I bought it for New Year's with a zodiac sign label. It is sweet and delicious.
They were selling sakekasu at the store, and I learned how to use it in various dishes, since it said, "Try it in gratin and other dishes".
I didn't buy sakekasu this time (sorry), but I thought I would try it next time.

To Nagahama, Shiga, the first of three bottles I went and bought at the end of the year.
I went to the brewery in the cold.
It has a clean taste but leaves a delicious aftertaste.
The store owner said, "The cold weather is better so far this year," even though it was very cold for us.
We also bought madeleines with orange peel made with alcohol.
We ate them on the train on the way home. They were delicious.

The name "47" is a reference to the Chushingura and Ako Ronin (47😄).
By the way, the rice polishing ratio is also 47😙.
The fact that it is all in order is cute.
The taste is clean and fruity.
Near the sake brewery is a store called Sakarita.
The corn part is made of Aragosta dough like a croissant,
The raw milk soft serve ice cream was delicious. ❤️
