I thought this was the best sake I had ever tasted after visiting a sake brewery in Saijo, Hiroshima! I thought this was the best sake. This sake is sold by weight at Kamoizumi Sake Brewery's Sake Sengenkan.
It is a very tasty sake with a robust flavor and umami (deliciousness). This is my favorite sake so far.
