This is an experimental sake. I was lucky enough to have a freshly opened bottle. There are some fine bubbles glittering in the bottle, and there is a slight stimulation. It was a rare thing.

You'd think it would be easy to drink, but it's surprisingly sour, with a hinoki-like aroma. We were surprised by the FF collaboration and enjoyed it!

Junmai Daiginjo 45 It was a delicious sake that could be drunk easily. Sweet taste Seafood goes well with sake. It's a combination of Japanese and Western style because it's marinated in oil.

Raw sake Origarashi? I was attracted by the word "limited" and ordered it. It was a sweet sake that was firm, but not too stingy. It's a good sake to go with a well-flavored lamb pizza! Lunchtime sake is delicious again today!

It says microbrewery, but is it fizzy? The level of drinkability is very good. It was fruity and easy to drink, and although it was supposed to be hot, I had it chilled. I drank it with oysters, but it was surprisingly good for me.
