Spicy.
And, anyway, the alcohol feeling is strong.
I would have liked more of a rice flavor.
I wonder if it would have been better if I had drunk it hot.
A gift.
This is the first time for me to taste a traditional sake.
There is a little foam.
Perhaps because it is a Junmai Daiginjo, it is light and refreshing to drink.
There is a sweet aftertaste, but it disappears quickly.
There is no miscellaneous taste, and it seems to be carefully made.
It is good.
After drinking this last year and being impressed by it, I've been drinking different kinds for a year and I've found out one thing.
I think I like hiyaoroshi.
Even when I drank other hiyaoroshi sakes, I found them all delicious.
On the other hand, when I drank the other seasons of Ichinen Fudo, they were normal.
A good discovery!
The season of Hiyaoroshi will come again. I'm looking forward to it.
A record of what I drank during my summer vacation.
I can't forget the taste of Hiyoroshi Ichinen Fudo, and I've been drinking various kinds of it all year round, but this Ichinen Fudo Summer Sake is a bit sour.
But this Ichinen Fudo Summer Sake is a bit sour, so it's good to drink it chilled in summer, but it's not what I'm looking for.
Drink at room temperature.
The mouthfeel is gentle and the alcohol feeling is moderate.
It is a little sweet.
The aftertaste is clear and disappears.
It might be good to drink it cold next time.
It is a gift.
It's a light sake to begin with, but Junmai Daiginjo is exceptionally light.
There is no alcohol feeling.
It's as refreshing as water.
It's an expensive sake, so it must have been made with care to avoid miscellaneous flavors.
It may not be what you want in a Ginjo sake, but I personally prefer it when it has more of a rice-like flavor.
The mouthfeel is gorgeous.
As you hold it in your mouth, a sense of sake gradually comes out.
In the aftertaste, the taste of rice remains firmly.
But personally, I can't forget the Hiyaoroshi One Year Fudo.
It was really delicious.
A gift.
It's not exactly what I like, but it's delicious and drinks like sweet sake.
The alcohol content is 20 degrees, but the sweetness eases the harshness of the alcohol and makes it easy to drink.
I'll drink it a little bit before going to bed.
A refreshing type.
It is easy to drink with a good mouthfeel and an aftertaste that disappears without habit.
And yet, the taste of the rice is also strong.
Delicious, this is Niigata's sake!
I drank the special junmai sake Hiyaoroshi from Mizutoriki, and it was very good, so I tried the new one this time.
It has a unique bitter taste.
It had less bitterness than the hiyaoroshi, and it tasted more refreshing to the general public.
But I prefer the unique hiyaoroshi sake.
I somehow understood the difference between hiyaoroshi and new sake.
I drank the Hiyaoroshi and it was delicious, so I tried the new sake.
Oh my God, this was so good!
It's good to be tangy and refreshing.
In the end, I'm beginning to feel that you can't tell if any sake is good or not until you drink it.
A familiar Miyagi sake.
As usual, it is easy to drink and has no bad taste.
However, it's too sweet for a hot sake, and not enough for a cold one.
It could have done with a little more personality.
