Spring is in the air 🎵 Hakusen's spring sake with cute labels＼(^^) Sweet and gorgeous aroma, not unlike Hachisen's 🎵. But it has a crisp and clean aftertaste typical of Hachisen＼(^^)／. Dry with a great sharpness with a touch of pineapple sweetness😍. It just makes me dance~(^^) Uraaaaaaaaaa🎵

OCEAN NINETYNINE Something cool (^^) I've never had fire-brewed Kangiku before. Totally juicy ✨and the full-bodied sweetness is followed by a touch of bitterness that makes you feel like you're drinking sake ＼! Feel the richness and depth of the fire-roasted while feeling the juiciness of the unpasteurized sake🎵. Kangiku is so good~(^^)

This is the first new policy that I have personally been able to obtain (^^) I was afraid to open the bottle because I was told to be careful💦. The schwash is amazing! (⊃ Д)⊃ ≡ﾟﾟﾟ I was able to open the bottle without spilling anything, so I'll have some 🎵. This is another great schwash! (⊃ Д)⊃ ≡ﾟﾟ It just looks, feels and tastes like Champagne! Light sweetness, acidity and intense fizziness (^^) Personally, I didn't feel the sake feeling at all, but it might be great as an aperitif or toast 🎵 Today, too, I am learning every day backslash!

I wanted to drink it 🎵 Sweet mouthfeel with just the right amount of sourness and bitterness (^^) It also has a hint of grapefruit... Personally I think it is very good, similar to Peoplelabel in Nabeshima! Backslash.

Yamagata sake again🎵 The label is cute in black and pink. I'm looking forward to the original Yamagata sake rice, Snow Goddess 🎵. On the palate, I feel light muscat! Sweetness, acidity, and a hint of bitterness 🎵It is not dry, but smooth and well-balanced on the tongue＼! Tasty 🎵

Sake from Yamagata with a sake degree of +28!!!! (⊃ Д)⊃ ≡ﾟﾟ This is exciting🎵 Much more refreshing on the palate! Not so dry... Here it comes! (Holy shit!) It's so crisp and super dry! It doesn't leave a sake taste, but it's still dry! It's pretty much a love it or hate it thing, but personally I think it was a little too spicy💦. By the way, the second day was even spicier! It felt like a vodka that doesn't burn your throat.

Sweet and delicious 🎵 Pleasant bitterness from the pizzazz of the microbubbles backslash. A lingering goodness! Akabu, Sake Mirai It was a delicious sake that lived up to its name 🎵.

My wife loves Hakusen(^^) Super dry but sweet on the palate 🎵. The aftertaste is so crisp! Can be served with any meal or on its own 🎵.

The supernatant is sour and sweet apple sweet and sour, just like Sentori (^^) The aftertaste is bitter and dry 🎵I get a great sense of sake for the alcohol content🎵. Mixing the cage💦It's hard to mix nicely (>_<) After a thorough mixing, the apple taste became deeper and easier to understand, and the sweetness increased ＼(^^)＼. Personally, I like the supernatant 🎵.

Sake by a female toji😁. First, the supernatant (^^) Sourness and bitterness are the true taste of sake. The aftertaste is crisp with a lingering sourness 🎵. The taste change after mixing the cage with the sweetness increases and it tastes great again 🎵. I have high expectations for the second day and beyond😍.

I couldn't resist and opened the bottle backslash! The moment I removed the outer tab, the crown blew off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (⊃ Д)⊃ ≡ P Sweet and sour apple taste ❗ It's only low alcohol and it's going to be gone in no time💦. I found some good sake today＼(^^)／.

My first Kangiku (^^) I was lucky enough to get it and opened the bottle immediately 🎵. Mellow aroma and sweetness with a moderate fizz and a clean aftertaste❗ This is good! (⊃ Д)⊃ ≡P

Amamiya 🎵 recommended by a liquor store. Sake from Fukushima, which is only sold in a few stores The taste is classic but not too spicy (^^) The taste is classic but not too harsh. Good 🎵! I can't describe it well, but it's between Sharaku and Tobiroki😁. Fukushima's sake is so good 🎵.

Abe Yellow🎵 Not much impact in the mouth for a tongue fool like me! The sweetness and bitterness in the mouth is like a banana, leaving a slight bitterness and disappearing nicely🎵. It's also very good (^^)

My favorite favorite drink🎵. I don't know how to describe it but it's just like water🎵. Although it doesn't have a rich aroma, the soft sweetness of the rice spreads well in the mouth and the aftertaste is refreshing. A local sake that I hope many people will enjoy.

Sweet and fruity🎵. My tongue is stupid and I feel lactic acidity like yogurt or Calpis 🎵. Very easy to drink (^^)
