Since we couldn't go anywhere during the summer vacation, we enjoyed a little luxury at home.
It's a little dry, and goes great with sushi (which I made myself, but I'm not very good at it, so it's blurred out...). It also goes great with sushi (which I made myself!).
I hesitated a little, but in midsummer, oden (kansaidaki) and the only brand of sake, I decided to make it cold, as expected, or the combination was great.
After the annual strawberry picking, I stopped by the sake brewery to buy some.
It is a nigori sake that needs to be refrigerated.
The carbonation is refreshing. Be careful not to drink too much as you can drink as much as you want!
Tessa and tecchiri, the family's annual birthday celebration. It's a slightly sweet sake for hot sake, so I decided on fugu fin sake.
I can't get enough of it!
I was excited to buy it on a trip to Kushiro. (The price is about 4 times more expensive than the sake I usually buy.)
I drank it at my parents' house as a souvenir on my way home for the Bon Festival.
It was matured at the bottom of the sea,
It has a soft taste with a hint of a corner removed.
It goes great with sashimi.
Purchased at the brewery after strawberry picking.
Refreshing and fruity. It is a draft sake, so it still has a little carbonation, but that is also refreshing.
