Ginjo-shu from the comparison set Perhaps it was because I started with junmai (pure rice), but I felt it had no characteristics, good or bad. It would be like this if I drank it by itself, but it was delicious when paired with sashimi as an appetizer. Personally, I prefer the Junmai sake.
