Germinated brown rice wine 🌾. I found this at a liquor store and asked if it was nigori sake. I thought it might be nigori sake, so I asked about it and found it was the first time I had heard of germinated brown rice sake. I heard it had a unique taste like pickle juice, so I bought it because I like pickles! I was surprised when I drank it 😵 It tastes like carbonated sour pickle juice. Super super super unique and this is not sake 🙂‍↕️ It is made from 100% brown rice and is very good for the body. I don't buy it anymore because it doesn't suit my taste buds, but my mother raved about it.

Shinmasa, Murasaki Yata, 24BY(2012-2013) Kijoshu is made with sake. This is a super kijo-shu (re-fermented kijo-shu) made with even more kijo-shu. Shinmasa's famous kijo-zake, Yonotori, which is my favorite kijo-zake, is a little bit schwitty, but this one is super moist and extremely sweet. This one is super moist and extremely sweet. It is indeed the best of the kijo-shu. I heard that it can be matured at home, but I found it by chance at a store and had a glass of it, so I couldn't do it. I would like to buy this one. It was delicious.

Sushi Ikko First visit after moving to Ginza 🍣The bachiko and this are the best I've ever had. I feel like they have improved since Sapporo! ✨ I really started drinking sake and the sashimi and sushi tastes twice as good! Sake is the best! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

100% Omachi Pinkish with natural red yeast 🩷. Low alcohol (8%) and shwashy. This is like champagne 🍾. I made a mistake when I opened the bottle and lost about half of it and also made a mess in the kitchen 😔Open it slowly and slowly.
