Today I bought it because the name sounded interesting.
The aroma is not that strong, and when poured, it has a color like whiskey.
When I drank it, I felt a strong and thick taste rather than sweetness. It is different from regular sake. It's not dry, and it's not so much sweet.
It has a delicious flavor, and the bitterness of the caramel finishes it off.
I wonder if it is similar to whiskey.
I think it would go well with meat dishes and other strong flavors.
