Today I had a bottle of Hourai which I bought because I wanted to drink it when I saw the bottle.
When I opened the bottle, it smelled like pineapple. I poured some into a sake cup and took a sip. The sweetness and aroma spread in my mouth. However, the bitter and sour taste immediately tightened up the flavor. Overall, it has a crisp taste and is easy to drink, and since it is not too sweet, I think it could be used as a food sake.
It was another delicious sake today 😋.
