Today I had Sanuki Kuraudai.
I had heard that it looked like calpis, so I tried it and found it to be a combination of calpis and grapefruit.
When you put it in your mouth, there is a sweet sake-like aroma at first, followed by sweetness and sourness.
The sweetness is strong, but the sourness and the bitterness that comes at the end seemed to adjust it so that it is not too sweet.
If I let people drink it without calling it sake, some of them might not even know what it is.
By the way, snacks today were unbaked mixed nuts and chocolate.
The chocolate was not good.
As for nuts, I felt that walnuts and cashews with high fat content were suitable for me.
I enjoyed them today as well!
