The heat has finally settled down and I feel like having a drink. Let's enjoy the too-short autumn with a sense of nostalgia. I will be accompanied by dried kibinago (dried young sardines). It has a sweet aftertaste with a hint of sourness. It has been a while since I have had sake, but it is so pleasant that it seems to soak through... Sake is good after all.

A little groggy from the heat.... I was attracted by the refreshing green label and brought it home. It was described as dry, but I felt it had a nice sharpness to it. The sweetness of the malted rice lingers in the aftertaste. It is refreshing and suitable for the summer season. I would like to enjoy it slowly with a little salty taste of kibinago (dried young sardines), I would like to enjoy it slowly.

I hadn't been out in a while, but the wind was too fierce. I had to step on it to keep it from flying away, I was trying not to get blown away by the wind, but it seemed that many things flew away with the wind. At the end of a day of misogi, I found a nostalgic brand of sake. It was a sake that was strongly recommended to me at a tavern when I was a student and I thought it was delicious. I drank it with memories of those days. It has a sweet taste, but it is not too strong and is very drinkable. That's how I feel this time.

This is my first time drinking doburoku. Nagano is my parents' hometown, and I had heard about the taste of doburoku, so I couldn't help but try it. I wondered if it was alcohol...? It doesn't smell like alcohol at all...but it says it's 16 degrees. Could even a child drink it? As I drank to make sure, more than half of the bottle was gone. I drank it while eating the submerged koji, so I was satisfied even without any snacks. It is a dangerous taste.

This is the time of year again to undergo an exorcism and receive a gofuda.... It is quite a joy to have an annual tradition. I am quite happy to know that there is an annual tradition. Plum blossoms, both red and white, are beginning to bloom here and there, and spring seems to be getting closer. On my way back home, I bought a bottle with renewed spirit! (small bottle) Perhaps it is because I have been drinking a lot of light sake lately. I hadn't had this strong and robust feeling for a long time. I would like to drink it with strong flavors and take my time with it. I would like to drink it with strong flavors and take my time with it.

After the new year, we pay a first visit to the neighborhood Ujigami (local deity). I start the new year by cleaning up any unfinished work.... This is what I do every year. After taking a break, I had a drink with my rabbits. It has a slightly tangy but sweet aftertaste and is light, so I enjoy it with nuts and green raisins. I hope that the days will continue as usual, and I wish for peace on this New Year's Day.

It's getting all cold and hard to get up in the morning. This is one of the jackets. Sake is a barometer of health. Yesterday I felt a strong sourness, but today it seems somehow sweet... I am going to aim for a healthy body that can drink well anytime.

I finally cut my hair and graduated from Porcupine. The sake I picked up with the aim of refreshing my senses gave me a very different impression. It was very sweet... The feeling that lingers on the tip of the tongue afterwards is refreshing. I didn't feel like it would go well with salty snacks. I enjoy it with milk crackers (from a candy store). The collection of neighborhood association dues is finally over...(I am a board member this year). I feel like most of my duties are done. Thanks for your hard work, myself! ...So, I tried my hand at super karakuchi. I have often hit on something rather sweet, but I learned firsthand what karakuchi feels like... It's really dry. This crispiness is not bad. Maybe it is because of the hot weather, but it is refreshing.

It is a drink after work. It is very refreshing. It is served with ginger tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce). The sake has a clean and beautiful taste. The strong flavor is moderately relaxed and does not interfere with it. You will not get drunk.

The first thing I did when I entered the restaurant was to make eye contact with a rabbit. The taste is quite tantalizing to the taste buds. The aftertaste on the tongue is also quite satisfying. We decided to enjoy it with a set of rabbit-shaped sake cups, which had been stored away for about 30 years since we bought them. Recently, collecting sake cups has become one of my favorite things to do.

We walked along the river while shopping and enjoyed cherry blossom viewing. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, and although we were walking, we were satisfied. We had a relaxing hanami-sake at home. (My partner is a salted cherry blossom) Nice aroma when you open the cork. It has a strong flavor with a clean aftertaste, so you won't get drunk even if you drink it vigorously.

We went to Ebara Tenjin. The plum blossoms are still in full bloom and I can't wait for spring. In the cold weather, I wanted to have a drink I had a cup of tea in a bowl with a plum blossom design.... They are singing for me instead of the warblers. It's origari, which means it's a little cloudy, but it has a cleaner taste than I expected and a very nice aroma. Be careful not to drink too much.

Replenishing energy after housework...(and it's New Year's). It is truly a natural drink. I heard it was brewed in 2019, and I wanted to try a different brand from the last one (Kuroryu), so I took it home. Maybe it's because it's a little older, but the sweetness comes first, but not in a stubborn way. It's also surprisingly high in alcohol content (17, 5). It doesn't feel like it. Good for dessert I guess...

I chose it on the recommendation of the lady in the shop, and I just opened the package. It's a refreshing sake that tastes like water. It can be enjoyed by itself... It seems to go well with light snacks.

This is the first time I've ever tried a sake called "Kijoshu". Thinking it was just a regular small bottle, I took it to the cashier with other sake and was surprised when I got home! The sweetness of the koji was so strong, but the aftertaste was so refreshing, it was like juice. I didn't hold on to anything, I just drank and drank. It was gone in a flash🤣. 150ml is too little... It also looks like a drink. I feel a little more energetic. I'll do my best to clean up!
