This is my first time drinking doburoku.
Nagano is my parents' hometown, and I had heard about the taste of doburoku, so I couldn't help but try it.
I wondered if it was alcohol...?
It doesn't smell like alcohol at all...but it says it's 16 degrees.
Could even a child drink it?
As I drank to make sure, more than half of the bottle was gone.
I drank it while eating the submerged koji, so I was satisfied even without any snacks.
It is a dangerous taste.
