This is my first sake from Ibaraki Prefecture! It was brewed with subsoil water from the Kinugawa River system, which is soft and fine!
It is very refreshing, and I enjoyed it with sashimi. I was very impressed with the natural flow of the sake and the way it turned out. Thank you❗️😄👍🏻
