Impression】This is a PB of "Shusendo Horiichi", a sake shop in Nagoya, brewed by "Yamazaki Gosei" in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture. The sake rice used is Yumesansui, Aichi Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing, and it has a rich but dry and crisp orikara flavor😊.
It was so gassy and delicious that the cork made a pleasant popping sound even after a few days 🤣.
