The first sip has a gentle aroma and is quite light. What was that? As you continue to drink, you can gradually taste the umami of the rice. Moreover, it remains beautiful all the way through. What is left behind is a refreshing aftertaste and a slight bitterness that may or may not be present. You can enjoy this without any snacks.

Purchased at Seijo Ishii. A jackpot. It has a light and mild flavor that doesn't interfere with food at all. The light acidity and gentle sweetness make it easy to enjoy. It is perfectly fine as a mealtime sake, before or after a meal. I finished a bottle in no time.

Looks just like a flax cat. It is available only in Nara prefecture. but it is more surely available than Flaxcat. Light yogurt aroma Light sweetness with a sharp taste. The aroma of rice lingers gently, but it is easy to drink. Light and easy to sip and go as much as you want. Even though it is a fire-brewed sake, there is no unpleasant aroma at all.

Light and easy to drink with 6.5% alcohol by volume. With a sake content of 90%, it has a strong sweetness. Apple aroma and gentle taste like a cider. After that, there is a soft and gentle aroma of rice. It would go well with seafood carpaccio.

The aroma of cedar barrels is faint. The mouthfeel is slightly thickened and has a good balance of sourness and sweetness. Is it because this is the fifth cup of sake tasting, or is it a characteristic of this sake... or is it a little tiring to drink?

The first sip is light, but the more you drink, the more solidly alcoholic it becomes. The aroma is not so spectacular, but it has a nice sharpness There is a slight chocolatey feel to it. You may feel a little tired of drinking it.

The aroma is light compared to the super dry. However, it has acidity and the taste of rice is relatively strong. The dryness of the sake is not so strong at first sip, but as the sake is heated in the mouth, the alcohol taste comes with a bang. Then, there is a tangy, stimulating sensation in the mouth, which is characteristic of dry sake. The aftertaste is smooth and leaves no aftertaste.

The nice aroma of rice is just a hint of fluffy. It is not so much aromatic, but it is nice. The first sip is very sharp. There is little sweetness, but the taste of rice comes through later. The aftertaste, which quickly fades when you think it is tangy, leaves surprisingly little aftertaste. It seems to go well with seafood.

As the brewer said, the taste did not deteriorate even if the temperature was changed because the sake is still firm even if it is unpasteurized. It has a strong umami flavor and a refreshing mouthfeel that can only be achieved with nama-shu.

When drunk at room temperature, it has a robust rice flavor. It has a brassy smell that is common in traditional sake. When cooled, the unpleasant smell of rice is suppressed and a mild acidity can be felt. Both sweetness and aroma are weak.

It was sweeter than last year and left a lingering taste. Consistently tasty, but... It was a little different from what I expected. Maybe it's because I'm used to it, but I wasn't impressed.

First comes the sweetness, then the spiciness, and finally the bitterness. The aftertaste is smooth and does not leave a residue. Goes well with fish.

It has a robust rice flavor and a sharpness that is not too sweet. It is not heavy, but a little far from my taste.
