2025年3月に伏見酒フェスに参加。チケットを事前購入。集まった18蔵のお酒から好きなものを4杯いただける。 さらに、当日は周辺の酒蔵でも蔵開きを一斉開催。地図を見ながらフラフラと、楽しくて飲みすぎて酔っ払い過ぎて、余韻がすごくて、しばらくの間お酒が飲めなかった。でもこのイベント毎月やってほしいです。

When the bottle was opened, there was a loud popping sound. No spillage. The booming sound made me very excited (by myself). It is very tasty with a sweet and sour taste and a rich flavor that is typical of Shirakikyu. Chimera is a monster from Greek mythology with the heads of a lion and a goat and the tail of a snake, and this sake, brewed with three types of yeast and three types of koji, takes its name from "chimera," a fusion of three different creatures.

Kappa-chan with a lot of sex appeal. This is the kind of Kizakura I have been waiting for. It tastes like sake without the sweetness, which makes sukiyaki even more delicious. There is a Kizakura store at Kyoto Station, I think it is only available for a limited time, so I bought a variety of them.

I was afraid of spilling the nigori sake, but I thought, "Oh yeah, I'll just drink it at the restaurant," so I ordered it. I was very drunk, but I liked it very much. When I ordered Neapolitan to finish off the meal, I thought the waiter laughed a little, but it tasted great and went well with the sake.

This sake is brewed with "Celebration," Kyoto's preferred rice for sake brewing. It had a strong flavor, was dry and refreshing, and was most delicious with the sashimi we had together. Tonight after work, I went to Karasuma Oike at night. I went to Japanese teppan Zoronpa, which I also visited during the Kyoto Sake Dropkick. The food and drinks were great, and I had a great time. I'll think about whether to record other drinks after a night's sleep.

NIJIIRO is a sake made with seven different yeasts and a new variety of rice called "Niji-Kirameki. It has a pleasant acidity and a slight carbonation. It has a gentle sweetness that is typical of rice. It has a nice taste that is typical of Shirakiku. On the walk from Ricaman, where I bought NIJIIRO, I saw a rainbow. I was impressed.

I went to "Shiri-On," a restaurant under the direct management of Saito Sake Brewery of Eikun. We ordered the "Shippo Nidan", a dream-like menu that allows you to taste a little bit of each of Eikun's seven famous sake and seven sake snacks. Of course, everything was delicious. The "Junmai Genzake Nama" on the far right had a rich flavor and was my favorite, so I decided to record it here. It was delicious, fun, and a great time.

Houzuku" - Sake of Joy I went to Toyoshuku at Kintetsu Nara Station with my friends from work. I never realized how much fun it was to drink standing up. Maybe it was because this sake was too delicious. It was fruity, refreshing, and very tasty.

I visited Tottori to visit the graves of my paternal ancestors. I stopped by the brewery in Kurayoshi and bought a bottle. It was fruity, umami, and sweet like rice. Very tasty. I packed the sake in my backpack and took the Super Hakuto back home. A pleasant memory of this summer.

I had never heard of the weather term "uranashi," but having lived in Tottori, I missed "don't forget your umbrella even if you forget your lunch box. This sake has fine carbonated bubbles and a light misty color, perhaps representing the cloudy skies of Tango. It is very tasty, sweet and sour like pineapple. The rainy season is over, but cloudy skies are so nice.

I had been curious about this sake for a long time and found it for sale at Ricaman. It has a pleasant sweetness and acidity. It is fruity and very tasty. In April 2023, it won a gold medal at the Feminaries World Wine Competition, selected by female wine experts from around the world.

May 14 (Sun.), Kyoto Sake Dropkick event. We had delicious sake with a rich rice flavor and excellent wagyu beef steak that was so tender it melted in your mouth. After that, we went to 9 more places to drink and got completely drunk. I hope to go back next year.

Sake from my hometown Sano, Ai no Sawa. A friend of mine in Sano sent me two one-bottle bottles. For the first time in a long time, I found a sake I wanted to drink every day. Or rather, I was so happy to have a lot of it that I drank it every day. It was delicious. I looked at the label and saw that the manufacturer was a different company, Meiri Shuzui. When we lived in Sano, my mother had visited the brewery of Aizawa Sake Brewery. I felt a bit sad.
