2025年3月に伏見酒フェスに参加。チケットを事前購入。集まった18蔵のお酒から好きなものを4杯いただける。 さらに、当日は周辺の酒蔵でも蔵開きを一斉開催。地図を見ながらフラフラと、楽しくて飲みすぎて酔っ払い過ぎて、余韻がすごくて、しばらくの間お酒が飲めなかった。でもこのイベント毎月やってほしいです。

Calm, solid and nice taste. It tastes like fall. Eating ayu (sweetfish) that my father caught today made me want to drink sake. I went to see a kabuki performance at the Minamiza Theater in Kyoto last week and bought some sake near Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station on the way home. I had it chilled today, but tomorrow I would like to have it at the recommended room temperature or lukewarm. I'm watching a re-run of Otani's great performance, which my father missed while fishing for ayu fish. He must be very happy tomorrow, too.

This sake is brewed with "Shirakikusui", one of the seven famous waters of Fushimi, Kyoto. It was refreshing and very tasty, with just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness. Since the loss of the liquor store in my neighborhood, I have been drinking so little that I can't help but laugh. It is not good for my health. Purchased at Wellesia.

The label on the back of the bottle reads "Junmai-shu," which is a pure rice sake that is not available outside the brewery, which is exciting. It has a slight sweetness from the rice and goes well with dishes. Very tasty. Purchased at an Aeon store.

Every time I went to Arashiyama, I decided to buy Tanzan. I saw a poster of this brand in the store and decided to go for it. It tastes very nice, fresh but rich. I like Tanzan sake more and more every time I drink it.

Very refreshing and tasty. Good for summer. Purchased at Isetan Kyoto. The cherry blossoms were in bloom on the day I got drunk at a company party and was ordered by my family not to drink alcohol. The ban was finally lifted.

When you open the lid, you'll be surprised that it almost flies off. Characteristic dark acidity. And a nice aroma. Rich flavor and sweetness. The tongue is tangy and slightly carbonated. Delicious. It is the best. The Ricaman in my neighborhood is gone. This was the last liquor I bought. It's very tasty, but I'll miss it.

Rich flavor and a hint of sweetness. Very tasty. Misora is a color like the bright, clear autumn sky with a somewhat mysterious atmosphere. This sake was brewed by Poka Poka Kobo, a welfare facility for people with disabilities in Tenri City, and Inada Sake Brewery under the concept of "a welfare sake rooted in the community. There is a local sake store in a commercial facility at JR Nara Station. I chose this one with a beautiful label.

It is very tasty, clean with just the right amount of flavor. Refreshing like a winter morning when the weather is nice and keen and cold. The other day, when I was listening to a friend talking about how she had eaten something delicious, I mentioned that I had just eaten retort pasta, even though it was my birthday. The next day I received this drink as a birthday present. I am happy. I love sake. I am happy to have a friend who gives me something I love.

At the end of last year, I went to a store of Tanzan Sake Brewery after sightseeing in Arashiyama. I asked the shopkeeper what he recommended for a tokoso. I decided on this one because of its gorgeous aroma spreading in my mouth, its gilded and festive label, and the contents of my wallet. Tanzan Shuzo's sake is full of rich and delicious flavor. I love their sake. New Year's Day has long passed, but I'm still enjoying a few sakes. (I try to drink the slightly more expensive sakes little by little with care.)

Pine Soup . It is said to be a gem that has been carefully matched with Japanese cuisine such as Kyo ryori (Kyoto cuisine) and Kyo kaiseki (Kyoto-style kaiseki). New Year's Day. We chose Matsunoso as a toddler sake. It is a delicious sake with a strong flavor, yet refreshing. It is the best sake I have ever tasted. My father also liked it unusually well. It was a New Year's Day when all I did was sleep.

On 12/3, I went to an event in Fushimi called "Shin Sake Brewery Opening". We tasted some freshly squeezed new sake, etc., and then went to the nearby Sacred Sake Brewery for more tasting. It was a fun day. This one is for home. It has a wonderful rich sweet and umami flavor. I loved the taste.

Autumn sake hiyaoroshi. It was preserved too long and turned into winter. It has a gentle and mild taste. Slightly sweet. Purchased at Tomiya Kyoto Station Store in November. The brewer of Tomiya was there and we were able to purchase the seasonal hiyaoroshi. I am very happy.

It has a strong, rich, calming flavor. Dry. The deliciousness is gooey. We went to the Kyoto Culture Museum to see the Ukiyo-e exhibition (Moshi Moshi Neko Exhibition). I was also looking forward to visiting the Tanzan Sake Brewery's antenna store in the museum. I had a hard time tasting all the different kinds of sake, but decided on the precious seasonal ones. As usual, the store staff was very kind and fun.

Seasonal Junmai-shu made with Yamahai brewing method. Gentle, mellow and deep flavor. Gentle acidity and sweetness. It is a taste that we would like to express our sincere gratitude to rice, nature, and the sake brewers. Today we took the Kintetsu train to the Ume-no-yado brewery opening. We compared about 7 kinds of sake while eating delicious food. I bought this one, which I could not taste at the site, and savored it carefully at home. There were many people with their children, and it was a very enjoyable event. I definitely want to go again next year.

Perle. I bought it because I liked the way it didn't look like yellow cherry blossoms. Perle" means "pearl" in French. For a moment, it has a sweetness like a noble wine, but it is not heavy, very light and refreshing. Since it is low in alcohol, it is fun to drink it casually and gulp it down, or to drink it in a stylish wine glass.

The flavor is rich, powerful and mild. There is also a nice acidity. Very tasty. It is my favorite taste. Traveled to Wakayama to see pandas and penguins. Purchased at Toretore Market. I didn't know this brand, but the astringent taste on the label was outstanding. It is from a sake brewery in the southernmost part of Wakayama Prefecture. Everything I tasted in Wakayama Prefecture was delicious, including food and drinks (such as Kido).
