しーちゃんAt the end of last year, I went to a store of Tanzan Sake Brewery after sightseeing in Arashiyama. I asked the shopkeeper what he recommended for a tokoso. I decided on this one because of its gorgeous aroma spreading in my mouth, its gilded and festive label, and the contents of my wallet.
Tanzan Shuzo's sake is full of rich and delicious flavor. I love their sake. New Year's Day has long passed, but I'm still enjoying a few sakes. (I try to drink the slightly more expensive sakes little by little with care.)
