When the bottle was opened, there was a loud popping sound. No spillage. The booming sound made me very excited (by myself).
It is very tasty with a sweet and sour taste and a rich flavor that is typical of Shirakikyu.
Chimera is a monster from Greek mythology with the heads of a lion and a goat and the tail of a snake, and this sake, brewed with three types of yeast and three types of koji, takes its name from "chimera," a fusion of three different creatures.
