Shinsei初揚げ 純米生原酒
しーちゃんOn 12/3, I went to an event in Fushimi called "Shin Sake Brewery Opening". We tasted some freshly squeezed new sake, etc., and then went to the nearby Sacred Sake Brewery for more tasting.
It was a fun day.
This one is for home.
It has a wonderful rich sweet and umami flavor.
I loved the taste.
