しーちゃんIt has a strong, rich, calming flavor. Dry. The deliciousness is gooey.
We went to the Kyoto Culture Museum to see the Ukiyo-e exhibition (Moshi Moshi Neko Exhibition). I was also looking forward to visiting the Tanzan Sake Brewery's antenna store in the museum. I had a hard time tasting all the different kinds of sake, but decided on the precious seasonal ones. As usual, the store staff was very kind and fun.
