2025年3月に伏見酒フェスに参加。チケットを事前購入。集まった18蔵のお酒から好きなものを4杯いただける。 さらに、当日は周辺の酒蔵でも蔵開きを一斉開催。地図を見ながらフラフラと、楽しくて飲みすぎて酔っ払い過ぎて、余韻がすごくて、しばらくの間お酒が飲めなかった。でもこのイベント毎月やってほしいです。

It was developed in collaboration with local high school and university students at Wakamiya Sake Brewery. It is said to be "sake for young people," inspired by the word "chill," which expresses a relaxed atmosphere. It has a clean yet robust taste. It is not gorgeous but has a deep taste that is interesting and makes you want to drink more and more. Very tasty. The stylish label is also very nice. Purchased at Isetan, Kyoto Station.

On my way home from work, I went to a sake festa. Purchased a set of refreshing summer-inspired sakes to compare. Everything was delicious, but I especially liked the shortcake. The yakitori from Torisei and sushi from Daiki Suisan were excellent, and the space full of stores was stylish and comfortable.

The day before the medical checkup, I moderately drank a single gougo bottle of sake. I sipped it with a small boar cup. The dry one was fruity, refreshing, and delicious.

Slightly sweet, like some kind of fruit. Refreshing, spring-like, and delicious. The pink bottle is cute. The shopkeeper recommended it to me, saying it would be perfect for cherry blossom viewing. On Sunday, April 6, I went to Fushimi Sake Brewery to buy sake. I took a leisurely stroll toward the Jujikkoku-bune pier. As soon as I came to the bridge over the river, I saw magnificent cherry blossoms in full bloom in front of me. It was the first time I had ever seen such amazing cherry blossoms. A memory that will last a lifetime.

It is elegant, refined, and fits the image of a maiko in Gion. Very nice. Very delicious. We went to "Okinaya," a store directly managed by the brewer. I wanted to buy some sake that I don't keep in the fridge sometimes. I was impressed by the fact that the company was founded in 1657.

Yesterday, I went to Fushimi Baru. I visited Fujiwara two years ago, a brothel-turned-restaurant with a great atmosphere. A large Eikun barrel is placed inside the counter, and you are served sake drawn from the barrel and poured into a glass. I don't know the name of the barrel, but it tastes great. It was a very tasty sake that went well with the excellent sashimi and tiojiru.

Gently sweet and fruity. It is refreshing and very tasty. Today, I participated in the Kintetsu Hiking [Sake Brewery Tour]. The goal was Saito Sake Brewery of Eikun, my favorite sake brewery. I was so happy that I even bought a ballpoint pen. I was told that this sake celebrates 2/22 "Cat's Day". Moreover, this sake was sold in a limited edition of 222 bottles.

Fruity and fresh. The flavor is rich but very gentle. I wondered what a "sasai" was and looked it up. It seems to be a state of slight ooze. It sounds good. And it tastes good. Purchased at the brewery's own store "Okina-ya".

Fresh fruity and delicious. I really like its rich flavor. Purchased by weight at Fushimi Sake Brewery. Tasted a variety of sake. It's hard to decide. I liked all of them, so I think I will buy them one by one. You can choose your own bottle with a cute label on it.

Delicious! Slight sweetness. Gentle acidity, a little tangy and slightly effervescent. Fresh and rich flavor. Sake rice "Celebration" born to be a delicious sake. A label with a peacock or phoenix or some other auspicious bird. Appropriate for the festive New Year. At a year-end party, people talked about eating osechi all year round. Osechi is a perfect accompaniment to sake. At Fushimi Shuzo-do, we happily bought sake while consulting with the shopkeeper.

Fruity, rich and gorgeous. It tastes so elegant that you can almost hear the sound of a biwa (Japanese lute). I bought this sake for my home during a tour of a sake brewery. I liked the fact that it was a limited edition sake. I couldn't find any information about it on the Internet. It might be a very precious sake. I was surprised at how delicious it was.

Not much sweetness, but a rich rice flavor. It is elegant, refreshing, and very tasty. The retro, gilded, and festive label looks good for New Year's. Inside the Shinkansen ticket gate at Kyoto Station. My sister from Tokyo was delayed by the Shinkansen, so we wandered around the souvenir shops. Since it was just before her sightseeing in Kyoto, I bought a small one.

Junmai Shiboritate Nama-nama-shu. It has a moderate acidity and umami flavor. Fresh and fruity. It's like a fruit. Rice is amazing. Very tasty. Purchased at Nara Family. I also had it at Inada Sake Brewery, which I visited during my Sake Brewery Tour. I love the taste.

Slightly cloudy but fruity. Fresh and slightly effervescent. It was very tasty, without the sweetness and frizziness that I had imagined from the cloudy image. It is time to revise my image of cloudy. I participated in a Kintetsu hiking tour by myself [I walked 10 km to visit a sake brewery. It was crowded with men and women of all ages]. It was very enjoyable. I enjoyed tasting various free and paid samples and chatting with people I didn't know.

Beautiful amber color. Aged like Shaoxing wine. Fruity and gorgeously sweet like apricot wine. When my father went back to his parents' home in Tottori, he bought a bottle of delicious sake from Tottori as a souvenir.

The delicate, fruity flavor of the rice is rich and delicious. According to the label, "Bizen Omachi," a "fantastic sake rice," is grown using organic farming methods. I have had eight kinds of Tamanohikari so far. This one may be the best. Purchased at the Shinkansen ticket gate at Kyoto Station.

It is refreshing and has a gentle acidity. The pleasant rice flavor is strong. Very tasty. My favorite taste. This sake won the jackpot at the "Sake Nara Sake Final" completion commemorative gacha gacha on 9/29.

It is a beautiful amber color and has a matured look. It is said to have been aged in wine barrels. It tasted like brandy, and I was impressed that such a flavor could be produced from rice. (I don't know much about the taste of brandy, though.) On Sunday, I went to "Sake Nara Sake Final. At the store, I always want to drink sake that I don't buy. Among the many I had, I was particularly impressed, so I'll record them here.

Fruity and slightly sweet. The rice flavor is very delicious. In early September, I went to Kyoto Station for the first time in a while and visited the sake section of Isetan before going sightseeing. I told the clerk that I was going out for the day and could not taste the sake, but that I had come to pick up a bottle to take home. I decided on this recommended sake, enjoyed the sightseeing, and bought it without incident.
