This is an original sake from Sakurai Tadenji Shoten, the family of Sakurai-san of THE ALFEE. You can only buy it at the store in Chichibu or order it by phone. And since the person who answers the phone is Mr. Sakurai's brother, I was very nervous to make the call and managed to place my order. As a side note, he had a nice voice like Mr. Sakurai and was very funny.
He has cute sunglasses and a mustache on the label.
The sake is very easy to drink and has no habits.
I think it goes well with just about anything and is perfect as a food sake.
I would love to visit the store someday...
