This series is made by Jusui brewery. Last time we had the kijo sake version, but this time we had the standard version.
This time it was the standard version. It won the gold medal in the heated sake contest, so it was very tasty. ほとりI have been absent from "Sake-no-wa" for a while since the end of last year.

The first is "Te to Te". This sake is filled with the 11th generation brewer's desire to reach and connect with people around the world.

It was named after the two toji (master brewers) who took care of it for him.

Mr. Nakazawa-san was trained at Hata Sake Brewery when his grandfather stopped brewing, and he rented the facilities to brew ICHIHAKU. He borrowed the equipment and brewed ICHIHAKO for 15 years. Please try it. ほとりI received Taga's Hozuki after reading your review.

The sake is named after the brewery and made with Ginbukiyo, a variety of sake grown by a group of Hata Shuzo contractors called Tonhyakusyo no Kai, and is a heartfelt sake from the brewery's heart.
The sake had a strong flavor with a hint of acidity and umami. I am sorry that I am not yet good enough to describe the taste.
