I received Taga's Hozuki after reading your review.
It is a sake made with Omi rice, "Autumn Poem," and has a nice aroma and
I thought it was a little sweet and easy to drink.
Taga has been using "Autumn Song" since 2009.

Hi Hirupeko, Good evening ⭐️This was my first time to AZUMA series and I would like to drink it again. As you said there are so many Shiga sake, I always have a hard time deciding and the liquor stores help me out. 💦
