I am sorry it took me so long to post this. Like Mr. Pon-chan and Mr. Kyuzo, I participated in the Shiga Local Sake 10,000 People Toast Project and toasted at 7:30 p.m. to the governor's announcement.
I wanted to do it with many people, but I toasted alone at home and drank up all the sake. (My family didn't come with me 😢).
This blended sake is filled with the thoughts of 32 breweries. I enjoyed it very much.
