ほとりThis is a one-year junmai ginjo made with local ginbukiyo, which the owner of the sake shop enjoyed so much that he ordered a new bottle.
It was delicious, with good flavor and just the right amount of sweetness.
Mochizuki Shuzo had not been registered as a brewery, so they registered today.
