We had a bottle of kijo sake from Fukui Yahei Shoten. It was sweet and had a robust flavor. It was delicious 😆.
This sake is the first of the "Haginoroh 10-water brewing, Amedareishi wo Kijoshu "/300" Project," a 30-year sake brewing project to mark the 300th anniversary of the company's founding.
This is a sake brewing project based on the theme of traditional inheritance and innovation, in which brewing is repeated using the previous year's sake, and will be repeated for the next 30 years until the 300th anniversary of the company's founding.
