As the motto says, "Only those who chase two rabbits will find two rabbits," this sake has a well-balanced taste. If you pair it with a variety of meals, your impression may change each time.
This is the first time I've ever had a sake made with water yeast.
It has the freshness of nama-shu and the rich sweetness of nigori-shu, but the acidity is moderate.
This is the second part of the comparison.
This one has a subdued aroma, but a strong sweetness and umami taste on the tongue.
It has a pleasant aftertaste after it goes down the throat, and is a sake to be drunk slowly.
Personally, I prefer this one.
