Niimasa Green Label 1.8L 2035 yen (tax included) According to my favorite liquor store, Shinsei Green Label will suddenly arrive at the special distributors in Akita prefecture as a countermeasure against resale. (lol) So even the distributors can't know when the shipment will arrive. Shinsei has a special unit for resale measures on Yahoo! Auctions and Mercari, so the resale kitchens should be banned! ( ´´We´re going to open the bottle and drink it. It's fucking delicious. Not really, but really tasty. It's not as sharp as other Shinsei, but it's really good. Sorry for my lack of vocabulary.

Akita's new sake rice "Momota" is grown in its own rice fields. I bought it because of an ad in the newspaper. It is fluffy, sweet, and light. Easy to drink. ☆3.5/5 Easy to drink. But I like it with a kick! This score. This sake is made by Brand Blanco, a famous major sake brewer in Akita. Also, Takashimizu and Kitashika have a great production volume. They are more like sake factories than breweries. But that doesn't mean it tastes bad, which is the interesting thing about sake.

Through a series of coincidences, I was able to participate in a study session co-sponsored by the Akita Sake Brewers Association and the Akita Brewing Experiment Station. I have been drinking every day, but I became more and more fascinated with sake. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn. After all, sake is so good!

Drink up, three in a row today! Yuki no Bijin Junmai Perfect Fermentation The first is "Yukinobijin Junmai Junmai" (fully fermented). Fully fermented" is naturally low in sugar and dry and light. I want a little more sweetness (umami). I didn't study enough. It was a good learning experience. 3.0/5

☆☆☆☆ Delicious. The back label is polite, stylish, and easy to understand. Sake has a lot of jargon and a narrow entrance, so I think this back label is a good idea as part of the 01 movement. I think this label is good as part of the "01" movement. The person in charge must have thought a lot about the design. It's a lot of information, but I think the label on the back conveys the feeling.

Petite rare sake from Akita's very own Takashimizu. ☆☆☆☆ The production manager (probably a toji) of this sake embodies the concept of "delicious sake that you want to drink every day". It is available only at the head office or the official website. I bought it at the main factory for the first time in a while because it is close to my house. Shinsei is also located close by. If you know the location, you can enjoy the sake life more and more.
